Mary Broussard was born and raised in Lafayette. She first experienced occupational therapy as a sophomore in high school when she observed her mother’s summer school class. Mary graduated from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2008 with her Bachelor of Science. Then she attended Louisiana State University Health Science Center-New Orleans (LSUHSC) Masters of Occupational Therapy program and graduated in 2011. Mary has been practicing in pediatrics and has treated children from infants to teenagers. She has experience with Developmental Delay, Autism, and Sensory Processing Disorder. Mary has attended multiple courses for Sensory Processing Disorder, as well as courses for Therapeutic Listening, Integrative Listening, and Masgutova for Reflex Integration.
