That is the part we set up differently: one on one caseloads, physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech-language pathology working in the same building, and an administrative team that handles the insurance calls so you are not the one sitting on hold. One patient at a time
Caseloads are one on one. You carry a patient from evaluation through the plan of care to discharge yourself, which means you actually find out whether your plan worked.
Three disciplines, one hallway
Our physical therapists, occupational therapists and speech-language pathologists treat alongside each other. A shared patient gets talked through in person, not passed between buildings.
The front office owns the paperwork
Our administrative team verifies benefits, deductibles and visit limits before a first appointment. That work does not land on your schedule.
An infant feeding evaluation and a stroke recovery visit, same building, same week.
Hope Therapy Center is a multidisciplinary pediatric and adult clinic, so the caseload here is genuinely mixed. Pediatric therapy, infant and pediatric feeding, speech and sound disorders, sensory work, neurological rehab, vestibular therapy, orthopedic therapy, geriatric physical therapy and aquatic therapy all run out of the same two clinics. If you have only ever worked a narrow caseload, this is a place to widen it, and if you have a specialty, there is room to keep building it.
We work across two Louisiana locations: Lake Charles at 1727 Imperial Boulevard Building #3, open Monday through Thursday 7:30am to 5:30pm and Friday 8:00am to 12:00pm, and Lafayette at 1512 Camellia Boulevard, open Tuesday through Friday 8:00am to 6:00pm. The Lake Charles site has its own indoor therapy pool. Both share one front desk line.
We are interested in licensed physical therapists, occupational therapists and speech-language pathologists who want to be known by their patients rather than by their productivity number. Administrative and support staff inquiries are welcome too.
