Ten licensed clinicians work here, in physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech-language pathology, alongside four administrative staff who carry the scheduling and the insurance work. We keep caseloads one on one so a therapist can actually finish the job in front of them, and we back the front office to argue a claim rather than hand a patient a phone number. You get a licensed therapist for the whole session, and a plan written from your own evaluation rather than your diagnosis code. Before that, the front office verifies your benefits, deductible and visit limits so you know what you will owe.
