Cyndy "Cee" Lirette
Cyndy Lirette, called Cee by everyone here, works the front office at Hope Therapy Center. She is from North Louisiana and has spent 40 years in the medical field, which is long enough to know that the front office either makes a clinic easy to deal with or makes it exhausting. Scheduling, check-in, paperwork and phone calls land on her desk, and she treats them as part of your care rather than an obstacle in front of it. Her role is administrative, not clinical: your therapist answers the questions about treatment, and Cee handles everything that surrounds it.
Promise to live life for all it's worth, take all you've been given and make your mark upon this earth, trust your heart to show you everything you'll ever need.
God and family.
Those are the two things Cee names when she is asked what guides her, and at a front desk they turn into patience: for the parent juggling a toddler and a clipboard, for the patient who is nervous about a first visit, for the caller who needs the same thing explained a second time. After 40 years in the medical field, none of it rattles her.
Sons and grandkids.
Away from the office, Cee spends her time with her sons and her grandkids. That is the whole list, and she is not looking to add to it.
