Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy in Lake Charles
You may be here for yourself. You may be here for a three week old who will not latch, or a six year old nobody can understand yet. Both belong in the same building, because this is a multidisciplinary clinic: physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, pediatric therapy, and infant and pediatric feeding therapy, supported by aquatic therapy, dry needling and kinesio taping when the plan calls for them. Thirteen therapy programs, for children and adults, across our Lake Charles and Lafayette clinics, and a licensed therapist stays with you for the full session in every one of them.
Care built around you, not a template.

Physical Therapy
One on one, movement first care that treats the cause of your pain instead of chasing the symptom.

Occupational Therapy
Rebuilding the daily skills that matter: dressing, writing, feeding, focus and independence at home and school.

Speech Therapy
Evaluation and treatment for speech, language, voice and swallowing, for children and adults alike.

Pediatric Therapy
Play based therapy that helps children reach motor, speech and sensory milestones with confidence.

Infant & Pediatric Feeding
Support for latch, bottle refusal, tongue and lip tie, and picky eating, guided by our speech-language pathologists.

Aquatic Therapy
Warm water takes the load off painful joints so you can move, strengthen and progress sooner.

Neurological Rehab
Targeted recovery after stroke, Parkinson's, spinal cord injury and brain injury, led by an LSVT certified therapist.

Vestibular Therapy
Retraining the balance system so dizziness, vertigo and unsteadiness stop running your day.

Orthopedic Therapy
Recovery for joints, muscles and tendons after injury or surgery, built around how you actually move.

Geriatric Physical Therapy
Strength, balance and confidence for older adults who want to stay independent and fall free.

Sports Rehab
Return to your sport stronger, with progressive loading built for the demands of your position.

Dry Needling
Fine needles release stubborn trigger points and calm pain when tight tissue holds you back.

Kinesio Taping
Supportive taping that reduces strain and keeps you moving well between sessions.

One licensed therapist. One patient. The whole session.
No service on this page starts with a protocol. It starts with an evaluation. A licensed therapist, a physical therapist, occupational therapist or speech-language pathologist depending on what you need, examines you in person, tells you what the exam found, and writes the plan from those findings. Then that same therapist keeps you for the full session, every session, at Lake Charles or Lafayette. Nothing gets handed to an aide and nothing gets copied from the last patient with a similar diagnosis. We reassess as you go and we say plainly whether it is working. Ten licensed therapists, thirteen programs, two clinics, one 5.0 rating across 181 Google reviews.
