Dr. Reba Desonier

What a plan of care looks like.
The first appointment is an evaluation rather than a workout. Reba takes your history, tests how you actually move, and then tells you what she found and what she intends to do about it, in plain language. Sessions run 30 to 60 minutes and are delivered one on one. Most people attend two to three visits a week for four to six weeks, and many notice a change within the first few weeks. She reassesses as you go and adjusts the plan, so you always know whether it is working. If your condition has not shown documented improvement within 30 days, Louisiana requires a referral back to a physician, and the front office helps arrange that. Insurance is verified before your first visit, so you know what you will owe before you walk in.
