Kaylee Conner
Kaylee was born and raised in Lake Charles and has worked in the medical field since high school. At Hope Therapy Center she handles insurance verification, scheduling and some of the clinic's marketing, which makes her one of the first voices most families hear. If you have ever wondered what your plan actually covers before a first appointment, Kaylee is the person who finds out and tells you plainly, so the cost is not a surprise when you walk in. Kaylee is not a clinician, so anything clinical goes straight to the therapist who can answer it properly.

Kaylee's rule is the one most of us were raised on: treat others the way you want to be treated. On a front office phone line, that matters more than it sounds. It means your call gets returned, your benefits question gets a real answer instead of a shrug, and your paperwork is handled by someone who would want the same done for her own family.
Off the clock.
Life beyond the treatment table.
In the summer, Kaylee is on the boat or out riding side-by-sides. In the winter, she is hunting. Either way, she is outside.
